About Mr. Julius Ntinda
Julius is a highly inspired individual with a confident personality and exceptional communication skills. Possess abilities to lead, motivate and work with others in a multi-cultural environment.
Currently being the Managing member and Principal Valuer at Own It Properties, Julius is a sworn Valuer and very active in property valuations with over 15 years of experience in valuation of residential, agricultural land/ farms, commercial and other types of properties, as well as marketing of properties for both sales, rentals and management. Property investment is another area Julius has experience in. He has conducted several Cost Benefit Analysis exercises for private and public entities.
His major real estate involvement thus far has been in NPTH (Pty) mass property valuation in 2007, Government farmland revaluation exercise within the Directorate of Valuations at Ministry of Land Reform in 2011 and random valuations for Agricultural Bank of Namibia loan process.
